Sophie is from Leicestershire, and is currently studying Sport & Exercise Science at the University of Bath. She is excited to take on one of the Strength & Conditioning roles and looks forward to  applying her academic knowledge within a racket sport. Having previously trained as a gymnast for 15 years before university, Sophie is excited to adapt her coaching techniques to suit a new sporting setting.
